The ATP Canada Story
In 1989, our founder Dave Homer returned from three years in Europe running data processing on car clinics for Burke Germany. I founded ATP Canada, which initially consisted of me working in the spare bedroom of our house. My goal was to build the business by supplying high-quality data tabulations to the market research community.
Since 1989, ATP Canada has been offering high-quality operational services to the market research industry. Our continuous focus on quality, innovation, and pro-active client service has resulted in the ongoing success and growth of ATP Canada.
In 1997, Joe Torresano joined us to head up the data processing bureau. Our data processing bureau is nearing the 30,000-project mark.
In the early 2000s we began working on our Rosetta Studio™ report automation software. Rosetta Studio™ was the first software that automated the population of PowerPoint™ reports. It remains the most effective software in the category, combining power and ease of use.
In 2012, Carolyn Clegg-Brown, an experienced Rosetta Studio™ user, came onboard. Since then, Carolyn has led the build up of a world-class charting bureau.
In 2021, Arnaud Roose rejoined us and brought his survey programming expertise to our team. Our survey programming bureau allows us to provide complete services from survey programming to verbatim coding, to data tabulations, to charting, and report automation.
In 2023, we entered a strategic partnership with DataExpert of Hungary, and RubikLab of the United Kingdom. This partnership allows us to offer services including dashboards, advanced analytics, social listening, and synthetic data creation. We can also offer AI-augmented analysis which incorporates quant, qual, and secondary data.
Our newest software offering, Rosetta Studio™ Tab, is being released in 2026.
